Viking Cruises has launched several new river and ocean cruise ships that join their impressive fleet, taking passengers on incredible journeys across the world.
New Viking Ocean Cruise Ships:
Viking Saturn - Viking's newest ship that began sailing in May 2023, the Viking Saturn accommodates 930 passengers and features a variety of staterooms, including suites with balconies. The Viking Saturn has eight dining options, including a specialty restaurant, and features an onboard Nordic-inspired spa and fitness center. The ship also has a planetarium, a theater, and an infinity pool.
Viking Mars and Viking Neptune - Launched in 2022, the Viking Mars and Viking Neptune are the company's newest ocean cruise ships. Viking Osiris - Launched in 2020, the Viking Osiris is a luxurious river cruise ship that sails the Nile River in Egypt. The ship accommodates 82 passengers, and each stateroom has a private balcony. The Viking Osiris also features an onboard spa, two restaurants, and a pool.
Viking Mississippi - Launched in August 2022, the Viking Mississippi is the largest and most modern river cruise ship on the Mississippi River. The ship accommodates 386 passengers and features a variety of staterooms, including suites with balconies. The Viking Mississippi has six dining options, including a specialty restaurant, and also features an onboard spa and fitness center.
Viking Octantis and Viking Polaris - Launched in 2022, the Viking Octantis and Viking Polaris are the company's first expedition ships. These ships offer voyages to remote destinations, such as Antarctica and the Arctic, and accommodate 378 passengers. The Viking Octantis and Viking Polaris feature a variety of staterooms, including suites with balconies, and will have eight dining options, including a specialty restaurant. Additionally, these ships feature an onboard Nordic-inspired spa and fitness center.
